I think the effect looks interesting / satisfying to look at, however it is far from an original idea. I essentially wanted to make a web version of the Khronos Projector with the cursor altering time. Openframeworks projects can be exported for web via. emscripten, however it is very unreliable. Here are some screen recordings as it turns out the project doesn't compile properly for web.
Also the source video could be way more thought out. This is just a video i had on my phone.
